i dont like jc life.
i used to get muscle aches once in a while only.
now its every week without fail.
monday: enjoy walking, standing up, sitting down & climbing up / down the stairs with ease
tuesday: enjoy walking, standing up, sitting down & climbing up / down the stairs with ease
wednesday:
dance & pe. starts to ache a bit. enjoy walking, standing up, sitting down & climbing up / down the stairs with slight difficulty
thursday:
pe. aching like mad.
enjoy walking, standing up, sitting down & climbing up / down the stairs with difficulty
friday:
dance. aching like mad.
enjoy walking, standing up, sitting down & climbing up / down the stairs with difficulty
saturday: walking, standing up, sitting down & climbing up / down the stairs with difficulty
sunday: walking, standing up, sitting down & climbing up / down the stairs with slight difficulty
& the aching routine continues.

this week's aching is the worst manz. wednesday's dance & pe was ok.
but, thursday's pe almost killed the whole class.
we got an ex canoe relief teacher. D:
& she made us do
a lot of leg exercise.
so yes, i dont feel like standing up once i sat down.
